I. INTRODUCTION

The TESDA Provincial Training Center (PTC) - Palayan City, a TESDA Technology Institution, is one of the leading technical education and skills development training providers in the province of Nueva Ecija. It caters to a great number of enrollees who avail themselves of its various scholarship programs. With its prevailing quality management system of operation and registration, PTC - Palayan City is required to use the TESDA-s computer-based information system called the TESDA Training Management and Information System (T2MIS) which involves the registration of trainees to the system thru the Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation (UTPRAS) and the application of candidates for assessment thru the Competency Assessment and Certification (CAC) programs.
