Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE

PROCUREMENT OF TWO (2) BRAND NEW UNITS OF MULTI-FUNCTION PHOTOCOPIER FULL COLOR MACHINE

Background of the Project

The offices of the Department of Tourism (DOT) require printer, scanner, photocopier and fax to be used on daily function and operation. Obtaining Office “Multi-Function Printer” which incorporates the functionality of multiple devices in one device will produce smaller footprint and provide centralized document management/distribution/production.

Objective

To provide network or centralized printing, scanning and photocopying to Office of the Secretary and Tourism Development Planning.

Justification

Base on the previous consumption of network printing the Department of Tourism exceed the allotted consumption which also entail additional payment. By procuring brand new photocopier we opt lessen the expenses in network printing and paying PhP 100,000.00 rental fee for one (1) unit of photocopier not advisable and quite expensive.
