1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act
2025 (GOP) intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Four Hundred Thousand
Pesos (PhP14,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF TWENTY FOUR (24) UNITS
HYDRAULIC TRANSPORT STRETCHER WITH X-RAY TRANSLUCENT PLATFORM
(ITB NO.: 2025-STRETCHER-074/ PIN NO.: 2025-STRETCHER-070). Bids received
in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
