Tender are invited for PROCUREMENT OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE EDSA BUSWAY STATIONS

Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Two Million Fifty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Six Pesos and Sixty-Four Centavos (Php52,052,696.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Twelve (12) Months Security Services for the EDSA Busway Stations. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOTr now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Deployment of Services shall be within seven (7) days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and with a period of twelve (12) months, in accordance with Section VI. Schedule of requirements. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
