Tender are invited for PROCUREMENT OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR THE EDSA BUSWAY STATIONS

Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the General Appropriations Act of FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Five Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos and One Centavo (Php16,529,692.01) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Twelve (12) Months Janitorial Services for the EDSA Busway Stations. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOTr now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Deployment of the services shall be in accordance with Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
