PROCUREMENT OF TVL TOOLS - COOKERY (7 SCHOOLS)

1. The Department of Education (DepED) DIVISION OF SULTAN KUDARAT, through the CY 2024 Government Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos (P4,920,874.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to eligible payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF TVL TOOLS - COOKERY (7 SCHOOLS) UNDER REPUBLIC ACT 11975 -FY 2024 GAA. Bids received that exceed the ABC shall be rejected at bid opening.
