PROCUREMENT OF TVL TOOLS - BREAD AND PASTRY

1. The Department of Education (DepED) DIVISION OF SULTAN KUDARAT, through the CY 2024 Government Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Ten Pesos (P2,598,510.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to eligible payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF TVL TOOLS - BREAD AND PASTRY (10 SCHOOLS) UNDER REPUBLIC ACT 11975 -FY 2024 GAA. Bids received that exceed the ABC shall be rejected at bid opening.
