1. The Carlos Hilado Memorial State University, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract of 2025 approved by the governing Board (STF/CO), intends to apply the sum of FIFTEEN MILLION PESOS & 00/100 (Php 15,000,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF TURN-KEY PROJECT: HYPERCONVERGE INFRASTRUCTURE, FIREWALL AND SWITCHES FOR CENTRALIZED NETWORK OF THE UNIVERSITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
