Description : A. Equipment
Provision of at least 10 (ten) truck units, including tarpaulins, tools and accessories sufficient for each unit, as offered until the completion of the contract and shall not be used/offered to any party for the duration of the trucking operations.
Details are as follows:
a) Trucks
LTO Registered Truck for Hire (TH) 10-wheelers or 20-ft trailers (from a minimum of 500-bag to a maximum of 1,000-bag capacity) with LTFRB Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC), in good running condition, suited for grains cargo transport in consonance with Republic Act No. 10611 of The Food Safety Act of 2013, do not have holes on the flooring and free from objectionable odor, toxic and hazardous substance, foreign matter / dirt and with flooring free from any protruding objects.
b) Tarpaulins
A canvass/sheets which will serve as:
a) Cover and protection of the grains cargo while in-transit; and
b) Matting to recover or retrieve sweepings and spillages from truck floorings.
c) Tools and Accessories
