The Municipal Government of PROSPERIDAD, Province of Agusan del Sur, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites private supplier to apply for eligibility and to bid for the following goods:

Name of Contract : PROCUREMENT OF TRICYCLE MOTOR

Brief Description : Dimension: 2635mm x 1300mm x 1700mm, weight 670 kg, engine 4 stroke, forced air cooled dts, engine displacement 198.88cc

Contract Duration : Thirty (30) Calendar Days

The Bid documents must be procured by interested bidders to Mr. Eldie C. Vidal, MPA, Head of the BAC Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable amount of One Thousand (Php 1,000.00) pesos starting January 13, 2025 to January 16, 2025 from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

The bidding activity shall be governed by the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 9184 on the eligibility, posting of bidder-s bond and evaluation of bids using the non-discretionary pass/fail criteria.
