1. The Local Government Unit of Jimenez, Misamis Occidental through the following funding source intends to apply the total sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Eight Pesos Only ( Php 1,252,328.00) for 56 pax being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Travel Services to Conduct Benchmarking activities to LDRRM; Solid Waste Management, Tourism, Local Revenue Code and Updating of CDP Plus 2026-2028 and Formulation of LDRRMP 2026-2028)
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
