Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF A TRAVEL AND TOUR OPERATOR FOR THE DEPARTMENT'S HOSTING OF ASEAN TOURISM FORUM IN 2026
(DOT-BAC-IB NO. 2025-022)

1) The Department Of Tourism (DOT), through the FY 2025 of the ASEAN Regular Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-One Pesos and 90/100 (₱4,914,491.90), inclusive of applicable taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of a Travel and Tour Operator for the Department's Hosting of ASEAN Tourism Forum in 2026 (DOT-BAC-IB NO. 2025-022). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DOT now invites bids for the Procurement of a Travel and Tour Operator for the Department's Hosting of ASEAN Tourism Forum in 2026 . The implementation dates are on 21-31 January 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
