I. Background

The Department of Tourism through the Office of Tourism Development Planning, Research and Information Management (OTDPRIM) will conduct an ASEAN 2026 Briefing with Tourism Stakeholders to be held on 19-20 October 2025 in Tagaytay City.

II. Scope and Services

The travel and tour operator shall provide the following:
A. Venue and Meals package for the Briefing Proper
• Venue to accommodate 90 pax
• Meals inclusive of lunch 90 pax.
B. Accommodation
• Accommodation for 10 pax
• Check in - 19 October 2025
• Check out - 20 October 2025
• Location - Tagaytay City
C. Meals
• Meal for 10 pax
• Inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner on 19-20 October 2025
D. Transportation
• Provision of two (2) units of van transfer for 2 days
• From/to Metro Manila, preferably DOT Office in Makati City - Tagayta...
