Description : The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office Caraga, through the
General Appropriations Act for C.Y 20264 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four
Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos (Php5,436,000.00) being the Approved Budget
for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office Caraga now invites
bids for the above procurement project. The term of the contract shall be effective from
January to December 2026, or until the contract amount is fully utilized, whichever
occurs first. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of
submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
