TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

1. The schedule of activity may change or vary within fifteen (15) days from the
activity specification as stipulated in the Term of Reference. The VFP will notify the
winning service provider in writing within three (3) days prior to the changes stated
above.
2. The transportation rental services must provide the following:
VEHICLE TYPE MAXIMUM CAPACITY NUMBER OF VAN

a. The service provider must be PhilGEPS registered member;
b. Sub-contracting from or leasing of vehicles by the transportation
rental services provider is not allowed;
