The Municipality of Linapacan, through the Provision to Local/National Election Fund intends to apply the sum Two Hundred Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-five Pesos Only (P211,625.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PUMPBOAT HIRE DURING DELIVERY-S RETRIEVAL OF 2025 ELECTION PARAPHERNALIA FOR THE NINE (9) ISLAND BRGY-S AND VICE VERSA Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
