-The vehicle/s to be used should be duly registered at the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
-The vehicle/s must possess a Certificate of Public Convenience from the Land Transportation Franchising and
Regulatory Board (LTFRB), including the validity and scope of their franchise.
-The vehicle/s shall not be more than 10 years old from the year of manufacture as of the scheduled date of the
activity.
