The Department of Education-SDO Valenzuela City through Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Secretariat, intents to procure the Procurement of Training Supplies and Equipment for School Based Training of Teachers on the Dynamic Learning Program (DLP) through NP-Small Value procurement under Section 53.9 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. Quotation above the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically disqualified.
