Description : 1) The TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY through the FY 2025 ADB Loan Proceeds - Continuing Appropriation intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos only (PHP3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Training Provider for the LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP ON IMPLEMENTING DIGITAL TVET FRAMEWORK under the Supporting Innovation in the Philippine TVET System (SIPTVETS) Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY now invites bids for Procurement of Training Provider for the LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP ON IMPLEMENTING DIGITAL TVET FRAMEWORK under the Supporting Innovation in the Philippine TVET System (SIPTVETS) Project.
