Procurement of Tracks Maintenance Tools

1. The Philippine National Railways, through the GAA 2024 and GAA 2025 Special Provision intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Eighty-Three and 24/100 Pesos (₱15,135,083.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Tracks Maintenance Tools. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Procurement of Tracks Maintenance Tools. Completion of all works under the contract is required within Ninety (90) Calendar Days.

Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9...
