Dear MRS. NGUYEN:

1. The Department of Tourism (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity” has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from General Appropriations Act 2025 (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of Procurement of Tourism Destination Marketing Company for Vietnam. The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Three Million One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-One Pesos and 69/100 (PHP3,155,891.69) inclusive of applicable taxes and bank charges to eligible payments under the contract for DOT-BAC-REI No. 2025-005 for which the Bidding Documents is issued.
2. The Procuring Entity now invites bids to provide the Consulting Services for the Tourism Destination Marketing for Vietnam. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project.
