1) The Department of Tourism (DOT), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for the year 2026] intends to apply the sum of Five Million Seven Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos (₱5,754,958.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Tourism Destination Marketing Company (TDMC) in Indonesia (DOT-BAC-REI NO. 2025-010). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2) The DOT now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for the Procurement of Tourism Destination Marketing Company (TDMC) in Indonesia . Short-listing documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Commitee (BAC) Secretariat on or before 11 December 2025 until 9:00 a.m. only at the BAC-Secretariat Office, 4th Floor DOT Bldg., Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
