Description : I. BIDDER : DOT Accredited - Tour Operator

II. PROJECT TITLE : Quality Management System (QMS)
Documentation Refresher Course in DOT
Regional Office 8 - Western Visayas.
III. PROJECT DATE : May 14-16, 2025
IV. PURPOSE/ OBJECTIVE :
To support the continued compliance of the Department of Tourism (DOT) with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, the QMS Core Team of the Planning Service, and in coordination with Delivery Units of DOT Region 8, will conduct a refresher course on documentation audit. This initiative, which includes consultation and coaching sessions, aims to strengthen understanding of QMS requirements and ensure the sustained maintenance of the DOT-s ISO certification.
V. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
a. Must be accredited with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS).
b. Must be willing to provide services on a send bill arrangement compliant with government procedures.
c. Office of Tour Operator must be based in Tacloban.
