Procurement of tour operator services for the
Persons with Disability (PWD) Technical Tour
I. Project
Persons with Disability (PWD) Technical Tour for PWD learners from Valenzuela
National High School on September 11, 2025 in City of Manila
II. Purpose/Objective
The activity aims to a) immerse the learners from Valenzuela National High School
the Hop-On Hop-Off (HOHO) destinations in City of Manila, and b) operationalize
the Department's commitment towards inclusive tourism.
For this undertaking, DOT needs the services of a tour operator to provide tour
package (tourist transport services, meals, tour guide, entrance fees, travel insurance)
during the activity.
III. Minimum Requirements
1. DOT-accredited service provider;
2. Must be accredited with the Philippine Government Electronic
Procurement Systems (PhilGEPS)
