Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
PROJECT: Procurement of Tour Operator for the Conduct of Assistant Regional Directors (ARDs) Capacity Building Activity
PURPOSE: To provide the necessary logistical arrangements for the conduct of the ARDs Capacity Building Activity, ensuring smooth implementation and quality delivery of services for all participants.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TOUR OPERATOR:
a. Must be DOT-accredited.
b. Must be able to provide hotel accommodation, training venue, meals, local tours, and land transportation as one complete package.
c. Must be able to accommodate government procurement procedures and a sendbill arrangement.
d. Must comply with all applicable government taxes and safety protocols.
e. Must have experience providing services for government training, workshops, or capacity-building activities.
