  The Planning Service successfully conducted the “Capacity Building on Data Storytelling” on 1-4 July 2025 in Baguio City, which aimed to enhance participants- basic Excel skills, data visualization techniques, and ability to transform raw data into clear and compelling narratives. The training enabled DOT personnel from the central office in the Administration and Finance sector and regional offices to improve reporting, performance reviews, and budget proposal through data storytelling.
