A. EXECUTION OF TOUR ACTIVITIES

1. Overall Tour Management
• Oversee and manage the entire tour program from arrival to departure.
• Ensure smooth implementation of all scheduled activities:
• Networking Sessions: Facilitate B2B linkages among investors, suppliers, and LGUs (venue coordination, seating plan, participant list management).

2. Familiarization Tours:
• Day 1: Malindang Eco-Trail and Dipolog City Tour
• Day 2: Rizal Heritage Tour (Dapitan City)

3. Coastal Clean-Up and Pawikan Release: Coordinate with LGUs, DENR, and local volunteers.

4. Sardines Festival (Tagbo, Hagpat, Sugba, Kaon): Support logistics for culinary activities celebrating Dipolog and Dapitan-s seafood heritage.
• Implement real-time communication with DOT IX focal team.
• Ensure guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the tour.
