Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of Toners for the Department of Foreign Affairs-Office of Consular Affairs ASEANA and Consular Offices with Authentication Services for the Printing of Details on the Apostille Certificates

1. The Department of Foreign Affairs, through the Government Appropriations Act FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Pesos (PhP3,373,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Toners for the Department of Foreign Affairs -Office of Consular Affairs ASEANA and Consular Offices with Authentication Services for the Printing of Details on the Apostille Certificates. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
