Description : Scope of Work:

1. Supply and Delivery
a. The exact quantity to be delivered will be determined in each Call-Off.
b. The supplier shall provide original and high-quality toners and cartridges for various printer models specified herein.
c. Delivery locations:
i. 2nd Floor, Intellectual Property Center, #28 Upper McKinley Road, McKinley Hill Town Center, 1634 Taguig City; or
ii. 3rd Floor, Savya Financial Center, Pulse Street corner Anchor Street and Tandem Road, Arca South, 1630 Taguig City.
d. Delivery Schedule: Supplier must deliver the items ordered within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the Call-Off Order.

2. Packaging and Labelling:
a. All products must be brand new, properly labeled and sealed.
b. Labels must include model number, compatibility, and expiration date.

3. Supplier Qualification: Supplier must be an Authorized HP and/or Canon Reseller (provide Certification as proof.)

4. Product Manufacturing Date: Items must be manufactured within one (1) year prior to delivery.
