FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF TONER FOR PANTUM P2500W AND HP248A (BRAND NEW COMPATIBLE CARTRIDGE)

1. The Philippine Postal Corporation, through the CY 2025 Corporate Budget approved by the Board of Directors of this Corporation, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 4,227,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Toner for Pantum P2500W and HP248A (Brand New Compatible Cartridge). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Postal Corporation now invites bids for the Procurement of Toner for Pantum P2500W and HP248A (Brand New Compatible Cartridge). Delivery of the goods/services is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
