Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE

I. PROJECT TITLE : Production of Tokens and
Giveaways

II. PURPOSE

The Philippine Department of Tourism (PDOT) needs services for producing Tokens and Giveaways for the upcoming 2025 FIFA Futsal Women-s World Cup.

III. Scope and Deliverables
a. Provision of 500 boxes of tokens as specified below:
i. The Supplier is required to submit their proposed designs for the tokens before production.
ii. Designs must comply with the required specifications, DOT/LTP branding guidelines, and the purpose of use.
iii. All proposed designs are subject to review and approval by the End-User.
iv. No production shall commence without the end user's final design approval.
v. Any defects, damages, or inconsistencies in the delivered items shall be subject to replacement at no additional cost to the End-User.
vi. Submission of the sample is 1 week upon receipt of the Notice of Award.
vii. Delivery of the items is within 20 working days, including Saturdays, upon receipt of the approved sample
