Procurement of Tokens for Administrative Services Division Activities
The Bicol University-ADMIN, through the Corporate Budget approved by the Board of Regents (F-01) intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and 00/100 Pesos Only (Php79,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under Procurement of Tokens for Administrative Services Division Activities
The Bicol University now requests quotations from suppliers for Procurement of Tokens for Administrative Services Division Activities
Procurement will be conducted through NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, an alternative method of procurement specified and prescribed under Rule XVI - Alternative Modes of Procurement, Section 53.9 - Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement), of the 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as Government Procurement Reform Act.
