Description : 1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SAL-LAPADAN, ABRA, through the SHARE FROM RA 7171 2023 TOBACCO EXCISE TAX intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (₱5,349,700.00) being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project ID No. SAL-GOODS-2025-14, PROCUREMENT OF TOBACCO FARM INPUTS AND SUPPLIES FOR TOBACCO FARMERS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Sal-lapadan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is Twenty (20) DAYS FROM NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, within THREE (3) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
