(Procurement of Services)

1. The City Government of Ligao, through the CENRO-ESWM intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Pesos (₱1,973,580.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Tipping Fee For Disposal of 328,930 kgs. Residual Waste to Sanitary Landfill, Service-2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City government of Ligao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Services is requires after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
