INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
“Procurement of Three (3) Units of Heavy-Duty Paper Shredder

1) The Civil Service Commission (CSC RO XI), through the Fiscal Autonomy Trust Receipt (FATR) fund for FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1,200,000.00), inclusive of VAT being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Three (3) Units of Heavy-Duty Paper Shredder, with Project Identification Number Invitation to Bid (IB) PBD-FATR-2025-01-001/PR No. 01.25.004. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Civil Service Commission Regional Office XI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the items is specified in the Schedule of Requirements in the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
