The NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY CAGAYAN BRANCH, through its Branch Office Procurement Committee, intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Ninety Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Forty (98,940.00) being the Approved Budget for the below items:

Three (3) Units DOCUMENT SCANNER
DELIVERY PERIOD: Within 15 calendar days after receipt of the Purchase Order
