1. The Local Government Unit of Godod, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Forty Million Pesos (Php 40,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Three (3) Unit Brand New Heavy Equipment Namely 4X2 6-Wheeler Dump Truck, Single Drum Vibratory Compactor, Motor Grader and One (1) Unit Brand New Bus, Godod, Zamboanga del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
