PROCUREMENT OF THREE (3) SECURITY GUARDS
FOR C.Y. 2026

1. The Department of Education Schools Division Office of Catbalogan City, through the MOOE FY 2026 NEP intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Three Pesos and 64/100 Only (Php866,993.64) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Three (3) Security Guards for C.Y. 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening in accordance with Sec. 31.1 of the Revised IRR of RA 9184.

2. The Department of Education Schools Division Office of Catbalogan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
