PROCUREMENT OF THREE (3) LOTS OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF CVMTOS FACILITES DAMAGED BY SUPER TYPHOON NANDO AT TAGGAT NORTE, CLAVERIA, CAGAYAN

The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Regional Office 02 (BFAR-RO2), through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the following sum below per Lot being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABCs) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Three (3) Lots of Labor and Materials for the Rehabilitation of CVMTOS Facilities damaged by Super Typhoon Nando at Taggat Norte, Claveria, Cagayan with ITB No. PB 25-27. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
