Procurement of Thirty-Five (35) units of Heavy Duty Paper Shredder (Cross Cut/Particle Cut)

Sir/Madam:

Please quote your lowest price for the item described below, taking into consideration of the following:
1. Approved budget of the contract, ₱ 1,743,000.00;
2. Delivery period shall be Sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order (PO);
3. Refusal to accept an award maybe ground for imposition of Administrative Sanctions under Rule XXII of the Revised IRR of RA 9184;
4. BIR shall deal with legitimate suppliers only;
5. All entries must be typewritten;
6. Quoted prices shall be inclusive of applicable taxes and shall be firm and valid for a period of at least thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of quotation and shall be binding upon the supplier within the period;
7. The BIR reserves the right to post-qualify any supplier and/or to reject any or all submitted quotations;
