PROCUREMENT OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES FOR THE APPRAISAL OF VARIOUS REAL ESTATE ASSETS
(Project Reference No. 2025-NP2FB-TPA-VREA-021-03)

1. The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2025) and 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2026), intends to procure Third-Party Services for the Appraisal of Various Real Estate Assets and apply the total amount of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP2,300,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the foregoing Procurement. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
