Procurement of Third-Party Services for Appraisal of Various Real Estate Assets

1. The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2025) and 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2026), intends to apply the sum being the respective Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each Lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
