(Project Reference No. 2025-PB-TPS-APAP-060-01)

1. The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2025) and 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2026), intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP5,800,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the Procurement of Third-Party Services for the Appraisal of PSALM Assets and Properties. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. PSALM now invites bids for the Procurement of Third-Party Services for the Appraisal of PSALM Assets and Properties. The estimated delivery of the Services is one hundred fifty (150) calendar days after the Effective Date as indicated in the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and in accordance with Section VI (Schedule of Requirements).
