INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF TEXT BLAST SYSTEM (EMERGENCY / SMS AND MASS TEXT ALERTS OF LGU MALAPATAN

1. The Local Government Unit, through the 5% LDRRMF CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos only ( Php 200,000.00) ) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Text Blast System (Emergency / SMS and Mass Text Alerts of LGU Malapatan PR no. BI 2023 -07-044 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.`

The LGU Malapatan , through the GF CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos only ( Php 200,000.00) PR no. BI 2023-07-044 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
