2. Bid proposals must be accomplished with bidders Bond in Cash, Certified Manager-s Check or GSIS Bidders Bond, in the amount equivalent to 2% of the total bid price.
3. Sealed Bids to be submitted before the actual time of the opening bids.
4. BAC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect therein and accepts the offer most advantageous to the government.
