  PROCUREMENT OF TEN (10) UNITS SPECIAL PURPOSE VEHICLES FOR BOTIKA ON WHEELS (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY)
  MUNICIPALITY OF TANZA
  
  The MUNICIPALITY OF TANZA intends to apply the sum of SIXTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 16,500,000.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for GOODS-2025-11-88 PROCUREMENT OF TEN (10) UNITS SPECIAL PURPOSE VEHICLES FOR BOTIKA ON WHEELS PROGRAM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  This procurement will be conducted through an EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY to ensure the timely delivery of goods, the implementation of infrastructure projects, and the rendition of consultancy services, consistent with GPPB Resolution No. 14-2019 dated July 17, 2019, which encourages the procuring entity (PE) to start procurement activities short of Award.
