The Police Regional Office 8 (PRO 8) through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to undertake the “Procurement of Ten (10) Air Conditioning Units for the Command Center of PRO 8” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to One Million Two Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos (PhP1,269,935.00) thru Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.
