1. Approved Budget for the contract is P 58, 734.00.
2. Delivery must be made within 7 days upon signing of purchase order.
3. Items must be delivered at St Martha Elementary School.
4. Payment will be thru check upon full delivery of items.
5. Bid offer should be VAT inclusive.
6. Items must have warranty and can be replaced once it has damage or not operational after inspection of School Inspectorate Team.
6. Properly accomplished RFQ and all documents needed must submit either in a sealed envelope addressed to the BAC-CHAIRMAN of St Martha ES or thru email in pdf form.

Bidders are requested to submit the following requirements as per RA9184:
