I. Scope of Services (One Year HRMIS Technical Support and Maintenance Service)
1. The supplier shall conduct monthly System Updates and Maintenance Services:
a. Software Updates (Including but not limited to Laravel and PHP).
b. Web Server Updates (Including but not limited to Nginx).
c. Database Updates (Including but not limited to MySQL and Backup).

2. The supplier shall conduct the following Application Updates on the HRMIS and Timekeeping System including processes, reports, and interface:
a. that it can be used by other HRMIS modules.
b. Update the HRMIS Dashboard to include data analytics, statistics, and charts to show the summary of relevant data to the end-users.
c. Enhance the HRMIS announcement module to manage announcements to OTS personnel and send/show them on the Employees- Dashboard and Timekeeping Kiosks.
d. Update the History Menu for the service record of the employees:
• Validation of positions if vacant or filled.
