  Procurement of Technical and Scientific Equipment of BS Mechanical Engineering
  1. The Batangas State University, through the Program of Receipts and Expenditures FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand One Hundred Eighty Pesos and Eighty Centavos (Php 1,495,180.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Technical and Scientific Equipment of BS Mechanical Engineering. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Batangas State University now invites bids for Procurement of Technical and Scientific Equipment of BS Mechanical Engineering. Delivery of the goods is required sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
